We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our G&A Financial Planning and Analysis team in Toronto. In this role, you will provide financial support for the preparation and analysis of revenue and expense information for the operating plan, quarterly analysis of P&L and Corporate Function Head financial results, and quarterly and annual financial analysis for Oxford’s Executive Committee.


You Will Be Responsible For

• Providing financial business partnership support, help teams achieve financial targets, identify risks and opportunities, and provide high-quality financial and other data analysis.
• Preparing financial analysis, including operational performance trends and variance analysis against budget and historical results; identifying operational and strategic implications; and help provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, recommendations, and key actions to business partners.
