RESPOND Clinical develops specialized healthcare technology solutions supporting trauma programs, trauma registries, clinical quality improvement, trauma video, regional trauma systems, patient review, hospital operations, and forensic nursing for SANE programs.
We work closely with clinicians, hospital leadership, registry personnel, information technology departments, EHR analysts, interface teams, and other healthcare stakeholders to implement, support, and continuously improve our applications.
Position Overview
RESPOND Clinical is seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Technology Customer Success Manager to lead healthcare software implementations and manage ongoing relationships with hospital customers.
This is a senior, customer-facing healthcare technology role. The successful candidate will serve as a primary liaison between hospital customers and RESPOND Clinical’s internal clinical, training, development, quality assurance, support, and technical teams.
Responsibilities extend beyond implementation and go-live. This person will coordinate customer training, organize and prioritize customer requests, facilitate answers to clinical and technical questions, support user adoption, manage escalations, and ensure customer needs are followed through to resolution.
The ideal candidate can step into complex, high-pressure projects, quickly determine priorities, assign clear responsibilities, and keep both customer and internal teams moving forward.
