Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to develop high‑impact reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This role goes beyond report development to include metric ownership, stakeholder partnership, and influence over BI standards and best practices. The BI Analyst serves as a trusted partner to business leaders, working closely with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Data Quality teams to ensure reporting is accurate, scalable, and aligned with enterprise definitions and priorities.

Essential Functions:

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards that track key business metrics and performance indicators.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear metrics, calculations, and reporting solutions.
• Ensure reporting solutions are efficient, scalable, intuitive, and aligned with visualization best practices.
