Guild is hiring a
Senior Engineer
to join our AI Native Experiences team. This is a high-impact role for an experienced engineer that is excited to build AI-native features that redefine how users interact with Guild’s platform. You’ll develop intelligent, dynamic, and responsive interfaces that use machine learning to personalize products and systems in real time; helping learners navigate education and career opportunities with clarity and support.


As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll partner closely with product, design, and MLOps to bring AI capabilities into our frontend and full-stack architecture.
