Senior Accountant / Property Accountant

with a highly regarded portfolio of commercial (retail) and residential assets across Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track tenant rent payments across multiple properties
• Prepare financial statements and lender reporting
• Issuing billing statements and handling tenant related matters
• Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting records tied to property operations
• Support lease-related accounting and tenant activity
• Work within existing reporting structures while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Utilize Yardi for property accounting and financial tracking
• Partner closely with ownership on financial reporting and operational needs

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Real estate or property accounting experience strongly preferred
• **Yardi experience preferred**
• High level of attention to detail and accountability
• Comfortable operating in a small, hands-on office environment
• Seeking a long-term role with stability and ownership
• Bachelors degree

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year base plus bonus with a strong comprehensive benefits package
