About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Senior Accountant
to join the Revenue Accounting team. This role will play a key part in managing revenue recognition, reconciliations, partner revenue share processes, and ERP system configurations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract and revenue share setups within Oracle ERP systems to ensure accurate revenue and expense recognition
• Manage and validate Oracle data feeds, revenue share accruals, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries, monthly reporting, and account reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies across multiple financial data sources
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, FP&A, Product, Retail, Reporting, and external partners
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and robotics implementation (Automation Anywhere RPA tools)
• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Support new product launches by validating AR and revenue share system builds and testing

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of accounting or reconciliation experience
- Public accounting experience required
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience handling large data sets
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems, preferably
Oracle EBS
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Big 4 / Big 8 public accounting experience preferred
