Client Accounting Services (CAS) Senior | Remote

We’re partnering with a growing CPA firm seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Senior to support an expanding portfolio of outsourced accounting clients. This fully remote opportunity offers strong exposure to advisory-focused client work in a flexible and collaborative environment.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, improving accounting processes, and serving as a trusted resource for growing businesses across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and month-end close processes for multiple clients.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and cash management activities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounting questions and ongoing support.
• Assist clients with process improvements, system implementations, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with tax and advisory teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and timely delivery across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting or outsourced accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and general ledger accounting.
• Experience managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or other cloud-based accounting systems preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.

Compensation

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, along with the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
