Senior Accountant
who will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations and continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong accounting professional with a foundation in public accounting and experience within entertainment or media environments.

This role sits at the intersection of technical accounting and day-to-day operations, offering exposure to production, talent-related accounting, and corporate finance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Key Responsibilities

*Accounting & Financial Operations*

• Own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Prepare and review general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP

• Manage accruals, prepaids, and revenue recognition across multiple projects/entities

• Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages

*Audit & Technical Accounting*

• Leverage public accounting foundation to support audits and technical accounting research

• Assist with external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

*Process Improvement & Ad Hoc*

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency

• Support FP&A and leadership with ad hoc analysis and special projects

• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and production teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3-6+ years of experience, ideally starting in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm preferred)

• Experience in entertainment, media, production, or talent-related accounting strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
