Overview
The full time Account Supervisor role is a mid-level position that will lead various client service duties for assigned
client group.
Responsibilities
- As the primary client contact, the Account Supervisor will be required to
develop positive relationships with clients through diligent client service
which may include travel for in-person meetings
- Manage regional advertising activities (digital, creative, media, sponsorships,
activation, budgets & production) for assigned client group
- Make monthly, often weekly media and sponsorship recommendations for
assigned client group based on a deep understanding of the client’s
industry, business, and overall objectives
- Regularly conduct/lead client meetings in-person and on video conference
with high-profile clients
- Other account management tasks as assigned, in support of the Management
Director
Qualifications
- 6+ years of client account service experience, preferably in advertising.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and Keynote
- Thorough understanding of the digital landscape
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
