At Serve Robotics, we’re reimagining how things move in cities. Our personable sidewalk robot is our vision for the future. It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses.

The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity.

As a *Security Engineer*, you’ll work alongside a talented and collaborative team to help protect our delivery platform, infrastructure, and robotic systems. You’ll contribute to security architecture, tooling, and operational improvements while continuing to grow your technical skills in a highly supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, SRE and Software engineering teams to define and implement security best practices across Serve’s cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Develop and support internal security risk assessment processes as part of Serve’s software and system lifecycle and third party vendor acquisitions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automation tools for secure configuration management and continuous monitoring (e.g., runtime security, image scanning, IAM policy enforcement).
