The Provider Data Analyst maintains a successful working relationship between Optum Serve and network providers through working with many varied clinical delivery systems. Ability to understand and identify the best alignment of appointment requirements to clinical times available within the varied clinical delivery systems. Communicate with internal customers to ensure the most efficient use of time to accomplish department goals and contract requirements.

Schedule: This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required work an 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 4:30pm EST.The schedule will be determined by supervisor upon hire

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update provider demographic, credentialing, and contract data in provider network databases to support claims adjudication and directory accuracy
• Analyze and resolve complex provider data discrepancies, error reporting, escalations, and rework requests using standard operating procedures and decision tools
