What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Landscape Design Project Manager with the expertise to translate complex concepts into fully realized, high‑quality outdoor environments. This role requires a professional who excels at taking a creative design intent and converting it into technical precision. We’re looking for someone who is motivated by seeing well‑executed landscape and site designs move from planning to completion and who can confidently coordinate teams and ensure exceptional outcomes.

In this position, you will oversee the development of land, structures, and outdoor recreational spaces by applying strong design principles, engineering awareness, and a commitment to delivering exceptional project outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Develop site plans, specs, and cost estimates for land development projects
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical documents builders can trust
• Manage team of construction plan drafters to maintain alignment and quality
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to elevate design and construction of projects
• Analyze site conditions including drainage, environmental factors, and layout constraints
