This role is for an expert-level leader in complex program delivery and customer engagement. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the creative thinking and learning agility to adapt as the role evolves.
Proven expertise in project management, scope management, and project coordination across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
Skilled at managing escalations and resolving conflict while keeping delivery on track.
A customer-first approach — you build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive long-term satisfaction.
Experience mentoring project managers and influencing delivery best practices across teams.
A hands-on approach to AI — you use agentic AI tools in your daily workflow, quality-check AI-generated outputs, engineer effective prompts, and actively champion AI adoption across your engagements.
Degree not required for this role.

What you'll build
You will lead complex customer programs end-to-end, from initial scoping through to full plan execution and handover.
Define project scope, schedules, and milestones — and hold teams accountable to them.
Drive project implementation across multiple workstreams, managing risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Apply time-boxed engagement orchestration to structure delivery phases and maintain momentum.
Manage team performance and guide project managers through challenges.
Maintain rigorous document management and reporting to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Build and sustain trusted partnerships with key customer and internal stakeholders.
