JOB SUMMARY
The IS Senior Project Manager reports to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for working with the Information Technology team to define and support portfolio management and project delivery to the firm. Defining objectives, scope, roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables, as applicable, aligned with IS delivery strategy for highly technical projects. The manager is expected to adeptly oversee and coordinate projects across multiple teams that may have a stake in a technical project. Assist the CIO with portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and budget development/management is critical in the role. , ensuring deadline compliance and liaising with non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success. This manager will oversee and manage the administrative assistant for the IT department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with the IS team and administrative group stakeholders to define and establish project objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables as applicable and aligned to IT delivery strategy.
- Produce and manage well-defined technical delivery plans that outlines key project activities, their sequence and delivery timelines.
