This role is centered on enabling large-scale SAP transformation programs by ensuring accurate, secure, and well-governed migration of enterprise data into modern S/4HANA environments. You will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end data migration strategies, working across extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover phases. The position requires strong hands-on expertise with SAP migration tools and a deep understanding of enterprise data structures and business processes. You will collaborate closely with functional teams, technical stakeholders, and business owners to ensure data integrity and alignment with system requirements. The environment is highly technical, detail-oriented, and project-driven, with a strong focus on precision, scalability, and compliance. This is a key role in ensuring successful enterprise system modernization and seamless data transition.


Accountabilities

• Design and execute SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA implementations, including greenfield and conversion projects.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading from legacy systems into SAP environments using standard and custom tools.
• Configure and manage SAP LTMC and related migration objects, ensuring accurate and efficient data loads.
• Implement and support SAP SLT replication scenarios, including transformation rules, filters, and real-time data movement configurations.
• Support system landscape management and refresh activities using SAP LVM and related tools.
• Develop validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes to ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated data.
