Sales Operations Manager (Marketplace)

About this role

• Marketplace is one of the fastest-growing parts of the Collectors ecosystem. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to build the systems, insights, and operating processes that help our Marketplace commercial team scale
• This is a build role. You’ll own the infrastructure and data behind how we manage accounts, track performance, monitor overall business health, and generate market intelligence. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how a fast-growing part of the Collectors ecosystem works from the ground up
• You’ll report to the Director, Marketplace Growth & Strategy
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give the team visibility into pipeline, account performance, key business trends, and growth opportunities
• Establish consistent processes for forecasting, pipeline management, performance measurement, and business health reporting
• Support the implementation and ongoing administration of our CRM, including reporting, workflow design, data structure, and adoption across the team
• Improve and help scale the operational workflows supporting seller and partner onboarding
• Own sales data quality and reporting accuracy across our commercial systems
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual work, and make the commercial organization more efficient as it scales
• Support the Marketplace operating cadence, including business reviews, QBRs, planning, and cross-functional reporting in partnership with Finance and Analytics
