We're filling a position for a dynamic and professional Sales Coordinator to hold discovery calls with business owners interested in our services. The role is ideal for someone who shines in consultative sales, client coordination, and relationship building. You'll lead warm leads through our recruitment process and help them make well-informed decisions about outsourcing. The emphasis is on trust, understanding client needs, and transparent, educational conversations - no cold calling required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hold structured 30-minute discovery calls with prospects who have shown interest in our services
• Present our process and services using a well-prepared presentation deck
• Ask insightful, probing questions to learn each client's business, challenges, and specific requirements
• Explain pricing, timelines, and our process clearly in professional English
• Handle client questions, concerns, and objections about remote virtual assistants
• Capture detailed notes on client requirements for a smooth handoff to our recruitment team
• Follow up with prospects by email and phone to keep them moving through the process
• Work with internal teams to hand off client information accurately and on time
• Log conversations and prospect status in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
• Reach warm leads through email, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Stay professional and consultative with clients at all times

Mandatory Requirements:

• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (sales coordination, customer service, account management, appointment setting)
