Sales Manager
Nati Boutique – SoHo
Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our SoHo location. This is a selling-first leadership role.
As Sales Manager, you will work directly under the CEO/Co-owner and be primarily responsible for driving revenue and exceeding financial sales goals. The majority of your day will be spent on the sales floor actively selling alongside your team, leading by example, coaching in real time, and creating an exceptional client experience. This is not a back-office management position — it is a hands-on, high-performance sales leadership role.
You will set the tone for a high-energy, collaborative selling culture while ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Through Active Floor Leadership – Spend the majority of each day on the sales floor selling, styling clients, building relationships, and personally contributing to store revenue.
Lead the team in achieving and exceeding sales goals, with sales performance as your primary KPI.
Consistently monitor and strategize improvements in conversions, UPT, SPH, and other measurable performance metrics.
Increase UPT and overall revenue through personal selling excellence and in-the-moment coaching.
Train, coach, and develop Sales Associates into top-performing sellers through hands-on mentorship and real-time feedback on the floor.
Foster a collaborative, competitive, and results-driven selling culture.
Ensure expert-level product knowledge across the team to maximize sales opportunities and client satisfaction.
Execute and adapt visual merchandising standards in partnership with the CEO, ensuring the floor is optimized to drive sales.
