The Role

We have the lists. We have the verticals. We have the messaging. We need someone who will work on the List consistently, professionally, and at a pace.

You'll be the front door of CloudiQS. Your job is to reach decision-makers, start conversations, qualify whether there's a fit, and get them on a call with our leadership team. Multi-channel: phone, email, LinkedIn whatever it takes.

This isn't a desk-warming role. We measure activity and results.

What You'll Do Day to Day

  • Work provided prospect lists across target sectors (education, SMB, mid-market)
  • Make 40–60+ outbound calls per day
  • Send personalised email sequences and LinkedIn messages
  • Have qualifying conversations: understand the prospect's environment, pain points, and whether CloudiQS can help
  • Book discovery meetings for the CEO and senior technical team
  • Follow up relentlessly nurture warm leads that aren't ready yet
  • Keep the CRM clean and up to date every touchpoint logged
  • Report weekly on activity: calls, emails, conversations, meetings booked
  • Feed back market intelligence what objections come up, what messaging lands, what verticals respond

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in outbound B2B outreach, telesales, SDR, or BDR roles
  • Confident cold caller you can get past gatekeepers and hold a conversation with a CTO or IT Director
  • Good written communicator, your emails are short, clear, and get replies
  • Disciplined self-manager you plan your day, hit your numbers, and don't need chasing
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
