These opportunities are based in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.


Strong experience with Rust in production

• Background in high-performance systems, ideally in trading, crypto exchanges, HFT, DeFi infrastructure, or real-time systems
• Deep understanding of systems programming concepts:
• Experience optimising codepaths for l atency, throughput, and efficiency

Other Desired Skills

• Experience with C#, C++, or other systems-level languages
• Knowledge of exchange connectivity, market microstructure, or crypto market mechanics
• Exposure to FPGA, kernel bypass (DPDK, RDMA), or specialised networking stacks
