RPO Recruiter - Hybrid set up (Taguig City Office)

About this role

We are hiring an RPO Recruiter with 1–3 years of recruitment experience to support end-to-end hiring for client accounts.

Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media

• Conduct phone/virtual screenings

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications

• Maintain ATS records and ensure SLA compliance

• Perform strong talent mapping and sourcing across the APAC region.

Qualifications:

\*- With at least 3 years of recruitment experience\*-technical and non-technical roles.

\*- Came from RPO, BPO, or agency recruitment background is preferred\*

\*- Strong talent mapping and sourcing experience in APAC markets\*

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Willing to work onsite 3 days per week and 2 days WFH.

• Amenable to a day shift schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
