Residential Developmental Disabilities Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Manage the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities, including personnel and service delivery coordination. Ensure service teams operate and communicate effectively, and provide financial oversight of the program.

Requirements

Requires a four-year degree in social services or a related field and four years of I/O Waiver experience; the degree requirement may be waived with eight years of I/O Waiver services experience. Applicants must also have at least three years of supervisory or management experience, strong decision-making, time-management, and communication skills, a qualifying valid driver's license, and full personal automobile insurance coverage.

Requirements for this position include: 
* Four-year degree in social services or a related field with FOUR years of I?O Waiver experience
* Degree can be waived for 8 year of experience in I/O Waiver Services
* A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience. 
* Excellent decision-making, time management and communication skills
* Valid Driver's License that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria
* Full personal Automobile insurance coverage
