Design scalable models using machine learning, statistical, and GenAI techniques to enhance safety measures. Support product development from problem framing to post-launch monitoring. Stay current on ML advancements to improve abuse detection. Translate complex analyses into clear insights for stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. or M.S. in quantitative fields with extensive industry experience, proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical analysis. Strong communication skills, ability to solve ambiguous problems, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
