Accountabilities

• Owning and prioritizing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key analytical tools.
• Completing discovery with users to gather insights on current usage and areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance data quality and usability.
• Translating complex technical capabilities into clear product directions.
• Influencing across multiple product teams to ensure coherent analysis capabilities.
• Communicating strategy and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital or software product development.
• 3+ years of experience as a digital product manager collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in delivering digital, customer-facing experiences.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in complex environments.
• Deep experience with engineering, UX, and data teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to devise and execute customer discovery plans.
