Role:
Customer Success Account Manager (CSM) responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring successful implementation, and fostering long-term growth of robotic outdoor solutions.
Responsibilities
- Become a product expert, understanding Burro’s capabilities and uses.
- Ensure a top-tier customer experience from project kickoff to ongoing support and renewals.
- On-site customer engagement, advocating for improvements and addressing challenges.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and coordinate meetings.
- Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, revenue, and retention.
- Escalate technical issues to support and engineering teams.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and proactively identify value-adding opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.S. in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years in Customer Success, with experience in emerging tech or agriculture preferred.
- Customer-centric, data-driven, excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, own outcomes, and work independently.
- Willingness for onsite and overnight travel; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
Industry familiarity, PMP certification, mechanical/electrical repair skills, and knowledge of autonomous mobility tech.
