About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled
Proofer, Remaker and Graphic Designer
to play a crucial role in bringing our promotional and customizable products to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise visual proof files, ensuring they meet all technical printing requirements for client approval and seamless production.

design, sales, and production teams
, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality visuals on every product.


Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize artwork proofs for comprehensive client review and approval
• Rigorously ensure all printing specifications and technical requirements are meticulously met
• Verify layout, scale, and color accuracy on diverse product templates with exceptional precision
• Maintain unwavering visual consistency with the client’s brand identity across all proofs
• Efficiently manage multiple proofing projects concurrently, prioritizing accuracy and timely delivery
• Collaborate closely with design, sales, and production teams to streamline the proofing process

Work Schedule

• 6 working days per week
• 1 rest day (Saturday or Sunday CDT)
• 24/7 operation
• Fixed 8-hour shifts
• Schedule may vary based on operational needs

Employment Type:

Compensation:
USD 3/hour to USD 3.5/hour
