We're looking for a result-driven Senior Workplace Operations Manager to lead our Americas and Europe teams, based out of our New York City office. This position is onsite five days a week, ensuring a high standard of workplace operations, employee engagement, and safety. We are looking for someone who can balance operational excellence with employee experience, who sees the big picture while mastering the details. In this role, you'll optimize office operations, drive smart space utilization, and manage vendor partnerships to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective workplace.
