Project/Program Manager

About this role

We are seeking a talented Project/Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful product development projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts to support planned product development initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Manage workflows and ensure tasks are completed within established timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder management and maintain effective communication across teams.
• Create and manage tracking systems to monitor project progress and deadlines.
• Compile meeting notes and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Skills

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLM tools and Asana or similar project management platforms.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project data and outcomes.
