About the role:

Be responsible for and ensure proper coordination of activities related to the development and introduction of production projects at the PBG plant, in accordance with the quality and manufacturing standards established by the company.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead industrialization projects for new products at ZimVie PBG, planning and driving actions, coordinating all involved parties, and monitoring tasks and achieved results.
• Coordinate on the validation plan and its execution and create the manufacturing plan.
• Participate in the definition of product specifications and drawings, in accordance with requirements.
• Coordinate product industrialization and collaborate with Engineering and Quality in conducting risk analyses related to industrialization processes.
• Lead production-related validations within the assigned area of work.
• Coordinate and provide the production perspective in equipment and process specifications, as well as identify suitable suppliers for required equipment, and coordinate purchasing and commissioning activities.
• Support the monitoring of prototype manufacturing processes and initial production runs.
• Collaborate in drafting and preparing quality system documentation, such as Product Specifications, Process Standards, and Work Instructions.
