Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Schedule 1099 contractors via vendor portal.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Oversee execution in person, as needed Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and provide updates.
• Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through consistently delivering beyond expectations Conduct regular project reviews and adjust plans as necessary to address challenges and find success Onsite supervision and management for critical jobs as needed.
• Support department leader with other tasks and assignments as needed. Provide support for SITAD projects as needed.
