In this role, you will lead process improvement initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure sales teams have the tools, knowledge, and procedures needed to succeed. You will oversee project timelines, manage risks, communicate changes, and monitor outcomes to support continuous improvement. The position also plays a key role in sales training, onboarding, customer launches, and the maintenance of standardized operating procedures. By connecting business insights with practical solutions, you will help sales teams work more efficiently and build stronger customer relationships. ### Accountabilities

• Cross-functional collaboration and process improvement: Serve as the primary liaison between sales and operations, gathering stakeholder feedback and analyzing data to identify opportunities to improve workflows, customer requirements, and sales effectiveness.
• Project planning and execution: Participate in process design sessions, represent sales and customer priorities, establish project timelines, track milestones, manage risks and issues, and communicate progress to relevant leaders.
