As a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement, you will own the systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable a high-performing recruiting organization to scale effectively. You will combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, managing recruiting technology while improving workflows, data quality, and reporting. Working closely with recruiters and People teams, you will identify friction points and develop practical solutions through process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled tools. You will also help establish the operational rigor and auditability expected of a growing public company. The role offers significant ownership over the recruiting technology ecosystem and the opportunity to improve both candidate and interviewer experiences. It is well suited to an operationally minded recruiting professional who enjoys solving complex problems and building scalable systems.

### Accountabilities:

• Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of recruiting systems, including applicant tracking systems and scheduling and coordination tools, ensuring they are properly configured, adopted, and maintained.
• Build, document, and continuously improve repeatable recruiting processes that can scale with increasing headcount and hiring volume.
• Own recruiting data hygiene and reporting, maintaining accurate requisition, candidate, and pipeline information and developing reliable dashboards for recruiting and business leaders.
• Partner with recruiters to identify operational friction and manual work, then design and implement solutions through workflow improvements, automation, AI-enabled tools, or process redesign.
