AT&T is looking for an Early Careers - Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our Early Careers and Talent Development Programs.  This role is responsible for executing processes related to sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to meet staffing needs and organizational objectives in the early careers space.  They will lead significant projects with autonomy helping to influence decision making as well as implement long-term plans impacting the organization by frequently collaborating with stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Execute full cycle recruiting processes, including event management, sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, offer, and onboarding for domestic and/or international roles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, managing hiring needs, expectations, and candidate experience through data-driven partnership.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and prepare necessary reports for management.
• Lead processes related to employer branding and marketing, understanding hiring needs, maintaining recruitment metrics through data analysis, building talent pipelines, providing consultation, and event management.
