The Project Manager is a recognized authority of the organization who is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the operations on site. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will play a critical role in managing the daily operations, driving operational efficiency, operational efficiency improvement projects and promoting a culture of safety and compliance. The Project Manager will be accountable for the successful execution of all operations while satisfying contractual obligations to our Clients through a focus on safety, quality, production and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:

• Lead and direct all mining and construction operations
• Lead and mentor the team of national management and employees
• Work closely with clients to understand their operational goals, provide regular updates on operational status, and address any concerns promptly, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the operational lifecycle
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams, senior management, and stakeholders

Quality Management

• Comply with all project quality expectations and ensure QA/QC process
• Compile and issue reports to senior management and client

Performance Management

• Manage operations and productivity KPIs to ensure we meet/exceed project deliverables
• Regularly review and assess team performance, providing guidance and addressing any issues related to productivity, safety and personal conduct
