Job Summary:
The Project Manager – Pricing Strategy employee at FFE leads cross-functional pricing initiatives that optimize yield, margin and network profitability across products, customers, and channels for temperature-controlled LTL at FFE. This role serves as the execution engine behind pricing strategy, managing complex, data-driven projects related to contract pricing, tariff changes, accessorial, discounts and pricing governance. The position partners closely with Pricing, Sales, Operations, Finance and IT to ensure pricing initiatives are executed effectively and deliver measurable financial and operational impact.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management and analytical skills with a working knowledge of LTL carrier pricing structures, accessorials, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Translate pricing strategy into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate project execution across Pricing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT
• Ensure pricing recommendations are supported by financial impact analysis and operational alignment
• Coordinate pricing analysis efforts, including margin impact, price elasticity, competitive benchmarking, and scenario modeling
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing execution, project discipline, and scalability
