What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead Power CapEx projects from early planning through construction, commissioning, and handover
• Establish project controls, governance, and execution plans in a developing organization
• Manage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners on projects exceeding $100MM
• Interface with stakeholders, including investors and technical teams, to drive project alignment
• Document and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement in project processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry in project or program management
• Proven experience leading $100MM+ Power CapEx projects, including generation facilities and transmission lines
• Strong leadership skills to manage projects through the full lifecycle from scope to delivery
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with business acumen
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including risk management and stakeholder management
