About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to lead ramp-up and tech transfer activities for a peptide API manufacturing facility. This role will drive cross-functional coordination across Operations, Quality (QA/QC), and global partners to ensure successful process transfer, facility readiness, and on-time program delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced ramp-up environment and can manage complexity while keeping teams aligned and accountable.


You Will

• Lead end-to-end project management for peptide manufacturing technology transfers, process implementation, and startup activities.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple programs.
• Coordinate the transfer of peptide manufacturing processes, including SPPS, purification, and lyophilization, from R&D or external manufacturing sites into commercial operations.
