Oversee the business analytics PMO at a departmental level. Ensure continuous improvement of project management practices. Provide strategic guidance on project management. Lead a team of project management professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of direct mail, email, digital, trigger, and prescreen marketing campaigns.
• Develop project plans, timelines, implementation schedules, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate detailed workflow activities across Analytics, Data Operations, IT, Print Production, Digital Ops, Creative Services, and Compliance teams.
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
• Facilitate campaign kickoff meetings and operational readiness reviews.
• Oversee campaign file intake, validation, processing, quality control, and delivery activities.
