Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Scope of role:

• Project: Typically manages medium to large projects and/ or part of programs.

The primary focus of each role can be different depending on the role but may include some combination of each of the responsibilities outlined below. Team members should work with leadership to define the "composition" of their specific role to drive impact and generate outcomes. Career progression does not require demonstration of all accountabilities below.
Delivery And Execution

• Coordinates and executes team activities following appropriate implementation plans. This may include scope, goals, scheduling, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management.

Planning And Alignment

• Identifies budget and resource requirements.
• Develops plans and timelines and ensures all team members understand overall objectives of the work.
• Executes on plans to improve productivity, contain cost, and improve performance.

Status Updates And Progress

• Monitors work progress based on estimated time to complete delegated deliverables.
• Assesses bottlenecks in work processes and communicates issues to senior management.

Collaboration

• Works with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute defined assignments, builds, and maintains relationships.
