What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate weekly Agile meetings for the HR team
• Learn and coach team members on onboarding tasks while performing some onboarding responsibilities
• Enhance communication within the HR team and with other WeVote teams
• Review team work products and propose strategies for improved efficiency
• Support and track team members' OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and train those unfamiliar with the concept

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Availability of at least 1 hour each week during core team hours (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. in your time zone)
• Commitment to strengthening American democracy and personal excellence
• Willingness to collaborate and support other volunteers
• Current residency in the U.S. with the ability to work one to two hours overlapping with U.S. Pacific Time per week
