Overview

The Project Manager, Change Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives with a strong focus on project/program management, change management strategies, and communications. This role provides strategic planning, executive facilitation and tactical implementation of project deliverables.  This role will personally develop and implement project plans, change strategies, communication materials, and training development to drive adoption and readiness across programs in the environmental and industrial services industry. These efforts may include environmental compliance, sustainability and environmental improvement plans, environmental data and reporting, and waste optimization and remediation program efforts. This is a remote, long term consulting engagement working full time hours. Qualified candidates will work MST or CST time zones and must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring any Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
• Provide strategic planning related to projects and workflows, including leadership workshops, decision forums, and sponsor alignment.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder impact and readiness assessments.
• Create, develop, and deliver communication materials, presentations, messaging, and end-user communications.
• Develop training materials including decks, job aids, guides, digital and asynchronous learning.
