Responsibilities:

The Project Manager/Dispatcher assumes a leadership role and provides guidance to project staff in the development and analysis of complex schedules on large and design-build projects. Experienced and fully competent in the profession, this individual works independently, and acts as a resource for colleagues.

In addition, you will:

• Lead and promote the Mastec safety culture on site, ensure site safety standards are met or exceeded, and lead the development of Site Safety Specific Procedures
• Facilitate the creation and implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP), including quality assurance (QA) requirements, and lead the QA program
• Creates and maintains project schedules (plans) and updates all stakeholders weekly
• Works cooperatively with leadership on business partner selection, procurement, and negotiations
• Owns and communicates the change management process
• Leads setup of large project systems and procedures, including chart of accounts, cost accounting system, and project directory
• Lead management of budget for design consultants
• Manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery
• Report and communicate to the external customer(s) and internal management each day
• Build processes and teams required to deliver all project requirements
• Coordinate with the Project Construction Lead for timing, execution, and closeout of individual projects
