What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate and align internal design engineering efforts across electrical, mechanical, and CSA disciplines
• Facilitate structured design review sessions focused on resilient architecture and redundancy strategies
• Lead initiatives for alignment between design intent, system architecture, and execution readiness
• Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to enhance design solutions and ensure compliance with standards
• Capture insights from design reviews to inform standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5-10 years of experience in data center design engineering or critical infrastructure project management
• Demonstrated experience with electrical and mechanical power and cooling systems
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external consultants
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field), Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of data center critical infrastructure systems and resiliency principles
