What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including project management plans and schedules
• Facilitate Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and stakeholder engagement forums
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and mitigate risks effectively
• Provide analyses and reports to advise leadership on strategic decisions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Program/Project Management, Business Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in program/project management (10 years of experience may substitute for a degree)
• PMP certification or 10 years of verifiable project management experience
• 5 years of experience developing project management documentation and utilizing Agile frameworks
• Secret security clearance

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 1-2 years of experience with ServiceNow
• 5 years of DoD experience, including involvement in software development projects
• Strong multitasking and leadership capabilities
