Job Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the team's rhythm of business cadence, including planning, execution, and reporting cycles such as monthly business reviews and stakeholder updates
• Deliver clear, structured updates and insights to leadership, ensuring initiatives are managed within budget and with defined business process ownership
• Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI tools, including Copilot and agent-based capabilities, to streamline team workflows and operations
• Prototype AI-driven solutions such as newsletter generation, MBR summaries, and voice-of-customer dashboards
