This role is responsible for the development and execution of AI-driven solutions within the residential real estate division. This role is responsible for crafting sophisticated prompts and overseeing the design of advanced agents to enhance operational efficiency, optimize customer engagement, and drive the division’s digital transformation. This role will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for others on the delivery team. This role collaborates closely with both technical and business teams, providing guidance to ensure that AI solution decisions are accurate, scalable, and compliant with industry standards. This position is instrumental in translating complex business needs into actionable AI use cases, developing and reviewing test plans, and leading quality assurance, volume, and bias testing to ensure the reliability and ethical integrity of AI models and processes. This position is also responsible for creating, maintaining and instructing training, with support from the Training Department.
