What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create and execute project work plans, tracking resource availability and revising plans as needed.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities while establishing clear project roles.
• Coordinate planning for communication, project risk, change management, and training.
• Visit job sites to monitor production and quality assurance, reviewing work progress daily.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and negotiate terms of agreements.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• New product development experience is required.
• Experience working with and effectively leading cross-functional teams is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on tight schedules.
