What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience or equivalent business management experience
• Domain expertise within human capital management
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with diverse groups
• Proven track record of managing projects and understanding of project management methodologies
• Strong planning experience and project management certification preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with VMS, CWM, and other talent platforms, particularly in transformation projects
