What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Drive project execution and manage all aspects of project delivery
• Lead multi-disciplinary project delivery teams of architects and engineers
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project scope and changes are approved
• Perform project-level financial management and reporting
• Identify new federal market opportunities and develop proposals

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA), or Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification
• Minimum of 10 years of federal experience in design and construction
• Familiarity with federal building programs and contract acquisitions
• Ability to maintain a security clearance
• US citizenship

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with IDIQ, MATOC, SATOC, and task order contract vehicles for federal clients
• Strong organizational skills with a positive team-building spirit
• Proven ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the AEC industry serving federal clients
