About the Role

The Project Manager within the Software Division is responsible for the successful delivery of digital health solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that SaaS implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and meet customer expectations.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• **Project Execution:** Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring proper delivery approaches (Waterfall or Agile) are implemented.
• **Process Efficiency:** Identify and suggest ways to improve project workflows to enhance customer-centric implementation.
• **Resource Coordination:** Manage workload and resource tasks for assigned projects to ensure milestones are met.
• **Reporting:** Provide regular status updates and project reports to internal stakeholders and client leads.
• **Client Engagement:** Partner with Client Success to ensure customers realize value from products throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• **Issue Resolution:** Identify project risks and escalate blockers to leadership when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
